The bball training...

This Thursday was raining after skol. Since im a loyal bball player, I stay back no matter it rains a not...jkjk...XD...but its kinda true. Thx to the rain, v got to do all the tiring training!!! N I got muscle pain now!!! Ouch!!! lol....V did smthg like crab walk...aka...defense...and smthg call fire. Fire is something dat u need to open ur legs wide, do halfly bend, keep ur body straight, stay tiptoe and do like running(by tiptoeing) and must be very fast. When coach put the ball left u must jump to left then continue fire again. Get it? It's quite hard to understand. I wont blame u if u still dont understand. V did that for like half an hours..mayb u will think dat half and hours nvm mind but it was really tired, u noe? lol...
Then the other one is some thing like halfly bend by opening ur legs wide too...all this are 4 defensing. U must do the halfly bend, stay ur body straight, open ur legs wide, and stay like dat 4 one mins. Sure u cant tahan long. V do dat like 5 times continuosly u noe? Try it urself if u dont believe. V ran 20 rounds at along the coridoor too b4 doin all dat. Imagine how tired is it. Min Yi, try all dat. Tell me izit tired, k?
